She refuses to come live with me because of my father. My mom is now 49 years old and she has been in this situation since before I was born. I really will like for help. Temporary loan desperately needed

I am in desperate need of $5,000. My husband is going back to work next month after being laid off. I will pay a total of $250 a month in interest on a loan and it will be completely paid off within 90-120 days at the most. It is impossible to get a traditional loan when you have been out of work.
