To pay off property taxes and get caught up on utilities

I have had two years of unfortunate circumstances financially, I am approxinmately $8,000.00 behind on my property taxes, utilities, car insurance, and home owners association fees. I have paid of my home mortage and my car, I am just trying to stop playing catch up and get a foothold on my finances. Any amount would be helpful, no matter how large or small. It is one dollar closer to my family and I having fiancial stability again. Thank you for your considerations.
