start business

I would like to start a business providing home care for children when their parents can\'t afford high cost home care.Wether it be for couple hours so parents can have some free time for them selves or provide care full time. I\'m asking for $160,000 to start this business.Children so often go without Adequate home care due to Agencies charging high fees. I work in medical field for over 10 years so have the experience and knowledge to start this business. I would like to start by the end of February 2010
