55k to finish Helicopter Pilot Training. Broken down as 25k and 30k. Flight School filed bankrupcty and I couldn\'t finish. Stuck with private financing. Payment requirement suspended, Case is in Fed Bankruptcy court in behalf of 2200 students (can give attorney info if requested) and settlment to be posted on 9/28/09. I am expecting I\'m going to have to pay 25k used from the original loan for the completion of a private pilot rating. Settlement to be filed in FL district court.
It will take approx. 30K to finish all remaining ratings up to and including Flight Instructor. There are 4 ratings to complete. I have 1 completed and I completed ground school and federal test requirements for the next 2 ratings (instrument & Commercial) Validity of test scores expire 2/31/10. Would like an additional 75k to acquire add on ratings in fixed wing aircraft and additional certifications in the helicopter. (Night Vision Qualification, Vertical Reference Long Line and Turbine transition). These ratings and certification would be acquired at the same time as I\'m instructing to acquiring Pilot in Command time. Once the min. of 1000 hrs are acquired, this would meet qualifications for at least 2-3 different fields. Utility pilot and possible tours and Oil Rig Support. Would like to have the opportunity to be a contract pilot.

50-100k to be used for required closing costs and reserves in order to secure Hard Money for multiple REO purchases. Starting to invest in Houston and will eventually invest in California when I have some deals under my belt. Would like to purchase large unit apartment buildings specifically for retirement account.
