Need Help to stay Alive!!!

My sister and I are identical twins. In the last 6 years I have watched my mother slowly die, my father almost die twice, and my twin sister spend her days in bed, in pain.
Six years ago I quit my job and made the decision to stay at home and help take care of my mother, father , and sister. My mother had several brain surgeries and also Multiple Scerosis( which is a decease that attact your nervouse system not allowing you any control), the doctor told us to get prepared for her passing. My father during this time came close to death himself, almost having kidney failure and then a year later as Thanksgiving came and the two days after my mother came homefrom a surgery herself, my father went in for emergency surgery for Diverticulitis erruption (diverticulitis are pockets in the colon that can errupt and have fecal matter all over lower intestines) and was unable to do or know anyone for over a month with fever from infection.
Now my sister who is a graduate from medical school and was in her second year of residence, became ill and needed emergency surgery. Then she was diagnose with Interstial Cystisus (which are openings in the bladder lining, so it is like urinating on a wound but from the inside), which causes pelvic pain daily so much so she can\'t walk.
I am asking for help!!! I need money to pay medical bills and to give myself and my sister a new car and maybe some peace of mind. I use to be so full of hope, but between fighting the HMO\'s for help for my family and trying to stay ahead of bill collectors I have no hope for happiness or a future. I don\'t usually beg, but I am willing to try anything other than death, because right now I want to quit life. Thoughts of having gas leaks in the house, and drug overdosing have crossed my thoughts daily. Please look into your heart and understand how I feel. I need some hope. About 2 months ago, my car finally gave out on me being the 1988 piece of work that it is. I\'m a single mom working about 97 hours a week in a tattoo shop training to be a piercer. the repairs for my car are estimated to be around $300.
