2 days before thanksgiving i got terminated from my job at ace hardware for missing the monthly meeting we have just to review upcoming sales n what we can do to sell items we had for a while etc. I felt cheated for being terminated from just that when there is alot of other things that go on that is more sever like money constantly missing from cashiers draw that totaled a little over $100.00 and i felt thats a good reason to get terminated but the employee is still there so my mom said maybe thats what my supervisor told me but maybe it was other things so i called the owner of the company and he told me missing the store meeting is the only reason i was terminated i explained what was going on and its been 4 months and i gotten no answers from him or the company and went to another ace store in our town and the supervisor walked to my car before i even got to jump out and rudely asked me to sign this paper he said i am banned from all the ACEHARDWARE stores and the police!
has the complaint so i needed to sign the paper and he advised me if i came onto the property or in the store they will have me arrested i did not sign the paper and in the space wher the police report# supposed to be it was blank 3 times i asked him why and he had no answer he just said \"BECAUSE I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR SERVICE\" i told him i was not signing the paper than i found out that word got back to one of my x co workers about me filing a complaint with the labor board the same day i got terminated because i wanted to know what i can do to get my job back cause i learned alot and loved working at acehardware but now none of my coworkers talk to me except 1 and even the 2nd ace store we have in our town workers all give me the cold shoulder so of course now i dont want to work back at acehardware anymore with all my coworkers treating me this way and everytime i call to check on my case with the labor board she tells me she need to call me back. I DID NOT q!

id its a misconduct so i appealed the unemployments decision and at the court hearing no one showed to repersent acehardware so i taught that was not right we started the hearing at court and again i got disqualified for appealing the decision to late and my reason was not a good cause, I signed 32 applications including every business we have in our town and my rent, electric, water, and propane bill are all overdue i received the letter from my electric company 3-31-09 that if i do not pay the total amount due by 04-03-09 my electric will be disconnected. i am a single parent of a 4 year old and a 6 year old the father of my children is in jail cause i have police report#, hospital reports, 5 TRO, court case#, pictures of the physical abuse i went through and i did not get no response or financial help from domestic violece exemption and victims compensation for domestic abuse. 7 years and i never received 1 child support check either and when i called child support they s!
aid due to father being incarcerated he has no job so they cant help me i told her i put the father of my 2 children in jail for years of physical and a little mental abuse and now i need help to put a roof over my childrens head with running water and electricity no one or agency can help me while the father of my child sits in jail he has no worries to figure out how to pay the rent cause jail cells are free and the water and electric is already included with the FREE rent so me and my 2 kids should go and move into a jail cell 2 everything is free even the food and child support agency lady did not no what to say i am just frustrated of getting denied or not being able to qualify for anything and as a single parent i feel hurt and helpless that being able to provide so please if you know how or where i can go to get help please let me know before 03-06-09 so i dont lose my electricity or even the whole house alone the total for my electric is $513.29 My rent is 400.00 ca!
