BACK RENT AND EVICTION

Hi. I owe a considerable amount of back rent. $3850.00 to be exact. My landlord is asking that I pay this within five days but if I can\'t, he is giving me until May 1st to give him the money. I lost my job this week because I was involved in a car accident on Thanksgiving Day, my car was totaled and I suffered a head wound in which I got 8 staples. I moved to Socal From western Ma when I turned 18. I am now 22 years old, and I was recently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer.

I desperately need help paying for surgeries my insurance won\'t cover, and money to be able to go home and be near my family again.

right now my medical bills are up in the vicinity of 200k. or rather, that is the cost of the surgery that I need to have a chance at surviving cancer.

and more than anything, I just desperately want to see my baby brother (8) and sister (3) and parents again... I am going through this alone and it is terrifying. I miss my family so much.

the twisted thing is, if I moved home, my insurance would transfer to massachusetts, and the surgery would actually be mostly covered. (I would have to come up with something like 28k)

I have been desperately trying to come up with about 35k on my own... that being enough money for me to survive on for about 6 months back home in my small town... where the health coverage and the healthcare itself are better.

I guess the short version is I have very little time to come up with 28k for a surgery and 35k to support myself while I recover or I will literally die without seeing my family again, or seeing my 23rd birthday.

the twisted thing is, if I moved home, my insurance would transfer to massachusetts, and the surgery would actually be mostly covered. (I would have to come up with something like 28k)

I have been desperately trying to come up with about 35k on my own... that being enough money for me to survive on for about 6 months back home in my small town... where the health coverage and the healthcare itself are better.

I guess the short version is I have very little time to come up with 28k for a surgery and 35k to support myself while I recover or I will literally die without seeing my family again, or seeing my 23rd birthday.

if anyone could find it in their heart to help me out in anyway they can... I would be eternally grateful... and there is the world\'s sweetest 8 year old boy and 3 year old girl who would be so very happy to have their big sister around, if only for a little while.

I am going to be straight up and honest. I live in Michigan. Yes.. the state of unemployment. I lost my job in July. I have applied everywhere under the blue moon. I even picked tomatoes and other farm work. I sold my wedding rings, washer and dryer and just about everything else of value. I have four children and of course I get no help from their father. I just recently got an evicition notice. I was paying what I could and the landlord agreed this was okay. He then does this. I need to move ASAP . I have been offered three different jobs in the chicagoland area and my problem is moving costs. I actually need money for a deposit and first months rent. to keep utillities on

Now that I have a car I no longer have a job to go to. My phone is disconnected. The gas and lights are next. My wife is 65 years old. She needs the phone for emergencies. She has already fallen twice. Once it took her 3 hours to get from the door to the sofa less than 10 feet away. I don\'t want that to happen again. She has only one eye with poor vision (the other one was surgically removed. She can\'t walk because of neuropathy and severe arthritis. She has been in a wheel/power chair for over a year. Since our lights are due to be disconnected, I won\'t be able to charge up the batteries in her chair. I\'m not able to pick her up and move her. I have health problems of my own. Two of my doctors said I should apply for disability benefits. I would rather work, even if it means sitting at a desk all day. Since I lost my job, I tried investing in a home based business only to be scammed. I don\'t have any more money to lose. The phone bill is $149.00 plus $27.00 reconnect f!
ee. The gas and light bills total $688.25. I have exhausted all local resources. Heat assistance in December only paid for what was owed, not enough to last the winter.
