Pay off my home loan

I owe $1700.00 and my home will be paid off. I lost my job in November due to a complicated pregnancy and now facing eviction. We got the home 5 years ago with a rent to own contract. My husbands hours were cut and he is only bringing home $200 a week and due to direct debit from our account our other bills have been satisfied but our house payment is suffering because we dont have the money.
