credit card debt and overdraft bank account

i need 4,000 or more i am a 22 year old female i am married with 3 kids and i have bank debts i have hospital bills cuz i get sick alot my husband has bipolar mental disorder so he can\'t keep a job i have a 7month baby boy a 2year old girl and a 3year old boy the job i have only pays me $5 plus tips and i have a jeep and the front and back end and the inside needs work so it\'s bound to go out anyday i pay lots of bills and barely have money for food i get foodstamps but i have to buy baby food and food for my little kids to make sure they stay healthy but that runs out really fast i have had 3 kids and im 22 years old and i weigh 115 because i don\'t have enough money to eat three times a day my kids come before me we need 2 cars really bad because we both work and i don\'t know how long my husband is going to keep his job so i would have to make ends meat for everyone in my family and it\'s so hard the doctor had to put me on nerve pills because im always stressing about !
