to get out of financial stress

i need a loan of 7,000 dollas to get backon track due to the economy. i have several bill i need to contain, it\'s getting stressful because i have bad credit and know one will loan me the money due to my credit,and this makes it very hard to get back on track, i am willing to setup an installment plan to repay this back i am not looking for a hand out just help.
