To help my Mom with her battle of cancer.

I need money for a reliable vehicle to get my Mom back and forth to her doctors. She has renal cancer which has spread to her lungs and brain. We have to go out of town alot and as of right now only have a vehicle which is only good for going small distances. It is an old car and can\'t afford a more dependable vehicle.
