So here\'s the deal. I let my former best friend and co-worker use my credit to purchase furniture because her nor her b/f\'s credit was approved. Little did I know she was getting leather furniture. I thought it would be within her budget where she could pay me back but now there\'s just under $4200 on my credit. It was purchased 2 years ago in May with the promise to pay me back in full before the interest started to accrue. She\'s now just making the minimum payments which barely covers the accrued interest for the month so the balance keeps going up. Her furniture was $3600 so obviously there\'s a viscious trend that is eventually going to affect my perfect credit. I just bought a house a year ago so my savings have been depleted and I can\'t afford to pay the furniture off. The year 2007 was financially devastating for me. I had major surgery and am struggling with the medical bills. My car imploded and when I got another car I did not have a tradein which put me further behind.

I have taken it back

I have taken it back in the process i have lost everything no home no cars no money 4 kids trying to start over.I donot care about the stuff or anything else for 25 years i allowed someone else determine what i was worth which was nothing. Even with all of the things iam dealing with leaving abuse and if i had know the what was going to happen heart ache ect. I want to get up on child support

I love my kids (I have an 8 year old daughter, a 5 year old daughter, and a 3 year old son), but I have fallen behind on my child support by $8,000 - $10,000. My failure to keep up is due to about a year of unemployment and under-employment. I have been consistently employed now for about seven months as a school bus driver. I have no problem with having the money for my kids taken directly from my check (except that my kids would get their money 2-3 days quicker if I could just write the check myself). My kids get approximately $700 - $800 per month. That leaves me approximately $500 - $600 per month to live on.
I am also coming up on about 12 weeks of under-employment when school lets out for the summer (Illinois will not let school bus drivers collect unemployment benefits during the summer break). I will more than likely find some sort of temporary job for the summer months, but I do not yet know what that might be or if it will pay well enough to cover my kids needs.
An immediate need is that my kids need some spring/summer clothes, shoes, & sandals.
My other financial difficulty is the inability to pay off some past debt. I do not know the exact amount but (excluding my foreclosed house) I estimate I would need and additional $10,000 - $12,000. That number includes approximately $6,000 to pay off my repossessed mini-van. I owed approximately $85,000 on my foreclosed house before I lost it last May.

Hi there and thank you for reading my plea. My name is Heather and I am married with 3 small children. A year ago my husband and I both had jobs. I quit mine because we could no longer afford daycare. We were doing ok with only one income and then my husband got hurt outside of work and was fired because the Dr. put him on lifting restrictions. We now have no income and no insurance for my husband to even get his shoulder fixed. We have over $20,000 in medical bills because 2 of our 3 children have been hospitalized twice and we now cant even pay our monthly bills let alone our debt. Please Help. I am needing immediate help to pay my bills! Within a week I will be losing my car, my husbands car and our house if I can\'t come up with $4000.
