to get out of debt

I need 20,000, to get out of debt, to pay off all my hospital bills and doctor bills, car I have Rheumtiod Arthirits,
my doctor put of out of work for 3 months because my RA is getting worst I applied for SS got denied, the only way I can get a lawyer if I be out of work for a year. The only income I got coming in is that disablitiy check I get from work and run out 11/22/08. Now I got to back to work and walk on that cerment flood that not good for my arthirits, I dont wont to go back to work but I dont have no choice. If I dont go back to work I will loose my job.So let there be a bless for me to get help, I been praying that god will send me some help, May god bless you.
