Pay off debts so my little family can start over

I need $12,000 to pay off old debts so we can start a new life. My ex-husband is in jail for attempted murder(mine), and I have 3 very young children I am trying to support on my own. I do not get any child support because he is not working, and I have tons of legal bill that have mounted up in my fight to keep him in jail.
