Energy effecient Home improvement loan

I\'m Looking for a Energy effecient Home improvement loan. I\'m installing radiant floor heating that is being powered by solar collectors. I am also powering my home with a wind turbine thatthe electric company has to pay back to me. I have hit some financial straights, due to a lengthy divorce that has left me with no cash and, no credit. I am a federal employee,and i gross 4100 per month. I could save every dollar and wait to do the work a little at a time, but I am making the house payment and paying rent as well, so I need to get this done as soon as possible. I require 65000.
