pay up bills and pay off bills

i am asking for $10,000.00 to pay of bills and pay up bills got sick and just have not been able to get coult up this would help get coult up and ahead i am greatful for all help that comes my way evan know it is very fue in between i ask my self if i was granted the bad luck in life.but for all that could help it would take the stress of my blood presure. thank you for your time
