Change my unsecured debt to secured

I need to borrow $90,000 for 10 years at 7% interest using my house as collateral. I am stuck in the strangest situation I have ever heard of. Even though my wife and I own a two-story stick built home on a permanat foundation with a full basement and plenty of land, we cannot qualify for any mortgage because we live in a nudist community on leased land. There are no comparable properties for an appraiser to use to make an assessment of the value. With no appraisal, no traditional lender will let us in the door. We have good incomes, great credit, modest savings, and friends and family who are unable to front us the money, but at the same time, will never allow us to default and lose our home. Loan arrangements can be handled by a commercial intermediary such as Virgin Money. There is adequate equity in the property. We just need someone who can look beyond the conventional lending standards of today, and as in older times, look to the character of the bor!
