Pay off debit and boobs

I have been on my own since 16. working 2-4 jobs at one time just to live on a couch. I have been able to get a place of my own with uncle to help him out. I have worked very hard for the little things that I have. His father, a relative of mine just died and becuase if this event has put my uncle in a depression. I would like to help pay of our lease and get him a new car becuase his has died and I have been taking him to work along with me working my job. I have a few credit cards to pay off and would like help getting a boob job becuase I already do some work in the adult biz and the extra \"umph\" would triple my monies helping us both out and me finishing my schooling.
