To Get out of behind bills.

Hello,

I was out of work for 8 months and our bills got behind, I have gotton work now but it has been hard for me to catch up. Need about $20,000 to get out of bills over my head. When I was younger always worked about 2 jobs to keep ahead of water, body can not do that now. But if you know of a sickly or someone who needs someone to sit for them I would be willing to do that to pay back the money back I just need help right now.
